ULTRAN 630CF (UPA 6 30M) NYLON PA6

Due to their properties, products and parts made of ULTRAN 630CF successfully replace metal ones, winning in weight, friction, resistance to aggressive environments, with easier and more technological and waste-free processing. Products made of ULTRAN 630CF can be 100% recycled into similar products with a slight decrease in strength.

Wear Resistance

The material demonstrates excellent wear resistance, making it durable and capable of withstanding abrasive conditions. Its enhanced surface properties help reduce friction and extend the lifespan of components exposed to continuous motion or contact

30% carbon fiber content in the compound gives the material electrically conductive and antistatic properties
Powder Coating
the material can withstand high temperatures that occur during powder coating

Easy to Recycle

This material is designed for easy recycling, contributing to sustainability by reducing environmental impact. Its composition allows for efficient recycling processes, which helps minimize waste and supports a circular economy.

 

Compound based on polyamide PA-6, filled with discrete carbon fiber from 20 to 50 microns, mass fraction of fibers up to 30%. The material is processed by injection molding and extrusion. Filament for 3D printing is produced from the material based on ULTRAN 630CF.
